At Go Operative, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data.

If you wish to delete your account and associated data, you may submit a deletion request using the link provided below.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request permanent deletion of your account and associated data:

1. Submit a request through our Account Deletion Form:

2. Provide accurate account details (such as your PlayFab ID or in-game display name or playertag like #12345) so we can locate your account.

What Happens When You Request Deletion

Once your request is verified and processed:

• Your PlayFab account will be permanently deleted.

• All in-game progress, inventory, virtual currency, leaderboard entries, and gameplay data will be permanently removed.

• Any linked accounts (such as Facebook login) will be unlinked.

• You will no longer be able to recover this account.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Data Retention

Some limited information may be retained if required for:

• Legal compliance

• Fraud prevention

• Security purposes

• Enforcement of our terms

This retained data will not be used for gameplay, marketing, or profiling.

Processing Time

Deletion requests are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
